Galaxy

Named for the tiny white bits of fur in his coat, Galaxy is a shining little star. He is looking for his perfect home: a quiet one where he can work on his confidence, one with another nice kitty who will be his friend, maybe a low-key dog that likes cats, plenty of cups to drink water from and a human lap when he wants especially when you are trying to work.

Pilgrim

Little Pilgrim showed up all by herself in the backyard of a Leesburg home on Thanksgiving Day. This beauty is now three months old and rules the roost in her foster home. She has the full run of the house with three adult cats and two medium-sized dogs. She is unphased with the dogs and forces the adult cats to interact with her. Pilgrim plays hard during the morning – boxing with the cats, batting her stuffed mouse and foil ball around the kitchen, or playing with an electronic feather toy. She loves to nap on the top shelf of the cat tree or gaze at the birds and squirrels from her perch. She usually can be found in her foster mom and dad’s bed during the afternoon snoozing around the other cats. And then, she wakes up to start playtime all over again. During the evening, Pilgrim likes to lay on her foster mom’s lap and watch TV. She thoroughly enjoys mealtime!!

Pilgrim has four white feet, a white bib, a line of white across her nose, and a black dot under her chin. Pilgrim is a confident, inquisitive, active, and interactive kitten. At times, she can play a bit roughly with the humans, but she can be re-directed. She does not necessarily enjoy being picked up and snuggled for long periods of time, but she definitely loves laying and sleeping on laps.

Pilgrim would benefit from having another cat/kitten to play with. Although she can be independent and spend some alone time, she really enjoys having the other cats around. You will not be disappointed adding her to your family!!

Hex Girl - Thorn (and Luna)

Meet the Hex Girls! When they aren't busy with their gothic rock band playing on Scooby-Doo, Thorn, Dusk, and Luna are just what a perfect kitten looks like: they are playful and energetic, friendly, and super cute.

Luna and Thorn have been inseparable since arriving at their foster mom’s home. They are always looking out for each other—where one goes, the other follows—and they love to snuggle up together for nap time. Both kittens are a little shy and may need some time to warm up to new people, but they are curious and affectionate, and once settled, their personalities truly shine.

Though Thorn might be hesitant when meeting new people, she’s actually quite a clingy kitten! She is always nearby, either with her sisters or lounging on her foster mom’s lap. Thorn has the loudest purr motor, and she loves affection—often making biscuits while you pet her. If she feels safe with you, she’ll reward you with sweet head butts! While Thorn is very chatty—often chittering as she struts around the house—she has a gentle, quiet demeanor. She’s not without a little crazy streak, though! She loves to run around with her sisters, play with wand toys, and chase springs and crinkly balls.

Luna and Thorn are a bonded pair, looking for a home together.

Luna and Thorn have been inseparable since arriving at their foster mom’s home. Both kittens are a little shy and may need some time to warm up to new people, but they are curious and affectionate, and once settled, their personalities truly shine.

Luna is a delightful kitten with a soft purr, big round eyes, tiny ears, and a little white tip at the end of her tail. She enjoys chasing felted toys, playing with her sisters, and absolutely goes wild for wand toys. But Luna’s favorite activity by far is receiving belly rubs. Once she trusts you, she’ll quickly roll over to present her tummy. Luna might take a little longer to warm up to new people, as she’s a bit cautious, but once she feels safe, she’s incredibly affectionate. She naps on her foster mom’s lap, occasionally tries (and sometimes succeeds) to steal her food, enjoys treats a little too much, and is simply the cutest kitten. With a gentle temperament, Luna will grow up to be a loving and loyal companion.

Hex Girl - Dusk - Adoption Pending!

Meet the Hex Girls! When they aren't busy with their gothic rock band playing on Scooby-Doo, Thorn, Dusk, and Luna are just what a perfect kitten looks like: they are playful and energetic, friendly, and super cute.

Dusk is a curious and confident kitten who isn’t afraid to make herself the center of attention. She often struts around with her tail held high, demanding pets and purring up a storm. She has never met a stranger and thoroughly explores any new environment, quickly making it her own. Dusk wants to be an active part of your life and will follow her foster humans everywhere.

Of course, Dusk can also be a little mischievous. When she's in a playful mood, she doesn't discriminate—pouncing on a toy mouse, wrestling with a kitten, or even chasing after an arm are all fair game!

When Dusk was younger, she had an upper respiratory infection that scarred her tear duct. However, her eye doesn’t bother her at all, and she powered through the medicine and eye ointment like a trooper.

Friendly and immediately affectionate, Dusk is a total love bug! When she’s not snuggling with her sisters, she loves cuddling up to her foster mom, making biscuits, and purring contentedly. As an energetic kitten, she would do best in a home with a young feline friend to keep her company.

J-Crew CJ - My adoption fee is sponsored!

Introducing one half of the J-Crew Dynamic duo…CJ! CJ is the Chippendale of the litter, and and he is bonded with this little brother JJ. CJ has always looked out for JJ, and they are almost always together. CJ wears a long-hair orange fur body-suit and he’s built like a linebacker. He has broad shoulders and a stout stance, but he’s just a big puffball with a fluffy tail! He loves to play, especially with braided rag toys, fabric “snakes”, and one of his favorite toys is the “cat dancer” that looks like a bug flying around. Don’t be surprised if he goes nuts when a moth flutters on a window at night – he can really jump when trying to snatch something out of the air! He loves petting, and he makes enormous biscuits with his big paws.

CJ and JJ love to cuddle up with their foster family’s 9 year old daughter while she reads!

The boys have been introduced to other cats and dogs and do well with both!

J-Crew JJ - My adoption fee is sponsored!

Part two of the J Street Crew dynamic duo is JJ! JJ is the smallest boy in the J-crew, but he’s dapper as ever wearing his short-hair buff tabby suit. JJ has some scar tissue in his right eye from an infection when he was a baby, but it doesn’t seem to bother him at all. He was a tiny kitten, so big brother CJ took extra care to ensure JJ got his share of food and made sure the bigger boys didn’t play too rough with him. Since then JJ has been eating well and working out so he doesn’t need as much protection, but he and CJ are buddies for life. JJ is very playful and he loves to climb on you or sit in your lap. He has a blast with toys and loves playing with his big brother. CJ and JJ are a great duo that will bring happiness and joy to any home!

Angus & Asher - Our adoption fee is sponsored!

Say "Hello!" to Angus and Asher. These gorgeous boys were part of a large colony that LCCC trapped, neutered and returned. Angus and Asher were special in many ways: they were young, sweet, and in need of medical attention. Once the cousins were healthy, their personalities blossomed, and it became clear that they were bonded. Angus is a big ole, cuddly, luvbug that occasionally gets himself so comfortable he'll roll off of your lap, or off of the couch. He's super soft and just loves to be petted.

Angus also loves to eat!! Angus is a member of the "clean plate club" and ensures that no bowl of food goes to waste. We affectionately call him "Meatloaf" due to his size and shape, and he often lays with his paws tucked in tightly, resembling a big ol' loaf!

Both Asher and Angus will drop everything they're doing to play with their toy!! (*a Cat Dancer toy will be provided with Angus and Asher)

These two beautiful, bonded boys are guaranteed to fill your heart with love and laughter. Their foster family believes they will flourish in a single person home, with a couple, or a family with older children. They also get along well with other cats.

As kittens they had a rough start to life so they are shy at first, but once they get to know you they are super friendly and loving pets. Angus has eyes that will touch your heart every time he gazes up at you. A patient adoptive family will be rewarded with total devotion from Angus and Asher, they are awesome kitties!

The adoption fee for Angus and Asher is being donated by their foster mom in honor of her beloved Godmother who recently passed. She was a cat lover and would have wanted these boys to have a wonderful, indoor life after their rocky start outdoors.

Asher is a very sweet but shy and cautious cat (hide and seek is his favorite game). He adores Angus and very much wants to be within sight of him. When it's meal time Asher will lie next to the food bowls as soon as he hears a can open. It's the best time to give him kitty lovin', and his fosters often pick him up and hold him while he's waiting for supper. There are two other sure things that get Asher's attention each and every time - a Churu treat and The Cat Dancer toy.

Brandi

Brandi is a stunning girl looking for her person! She would like to be the only kitty in the house, a pampered princess and is such a sweetheart. She loves to “help” and be a vigilant coworker making sure you have all your paperwork in order. She is also very playful and her favorite toy is the catnip banana! We think her ideal home is adult only/older kids. She does get along with other cats! We found that she is best with less dominant cats so no alphas to compete with. She is a true gem that will make someone an incredible companion!

Sammy - Adoption Pending!

Sammy is a super friendly boy!

Sammy loves to play, and he loves being touched and petted. He’ll head-butt into your hand and stand on his hind legs to reach you! He wants to be around you all the time, but he will also occupy himself by playing with toys when he’s alone. He’s really smart too! He knows his name, he can almost open lever-handled doors (give him another week and we think he’ll have it figured out), and he knows his name and comes when he’s called.

Sammy is a beautiful, almost all-black cat. He has a cute white spot on the front of his neck, and everything else is black – his fur, paw pads, lips, and nose. He can almost disappear in a dark room!

If you are looking for a happy, playful, loving companion cat who is almost a year old then please fill out an adoption application for Sammy! He’ll make you very happy, and he’ll be happy to be rescued!

We Got Adopted!

Butter - I GOT ADOPTED!

She’s smooth like Butter! This little 4 month old (Nov 2024) Tabico loves other cats and has done great with large and small dogs in her foster home. Butter started out on the streets but has decided a cozy life indoors is the best for her. Butter loves to play and she also loves her cuddle time. She would do okay as a solo pet as long has her family can provide a lot of attention. Ideally, she would have a feline playmate.

Jam - I GOT ADOPTED!

Jam is about 5 months old (Nov 2024) and loves other cats. She is also comfortable around small and large dogs. Jam is still learning to trust people so she will need a home that’s willing to give her the time she needs to fully gain that trust. She’s made amazing progress in her foster home! She would do okay as a solo pet as long as her family can give her the time and attention she needs and the patience to blossom at her own pace.

Hawaiian Kittens - Haupia - I GOT ADOPTED!

Haupia is a spunky kitten. He likes to be held and sleep in the sun. He is calm and loving. Haupia is full of energy at play time. He will run and tenaciously go after the feather wand or the ball. He needs to be brushed every day but is more than ok with this as he plops right down on your lap and happily lifts his head up. Haupia is shy around new people but once he knows you he is completely at ease. Haupia is looking for an engaging and attentive family who will always be there to play and snuggle with him. He would love a friendly kitty in his home, maybe his brother Poi! Put in an application to adopt Haupia today!

Hawaiian Kittens - Poi - I GOT ADOPTED!

Poi is an energetic kitten. He likes to curl up in a warm sunny window nook or cushy blanket to sleep. Playtime is his absolute favorite. Poi will stop anything he is doing run at full speed when you reach for a toy. His favorite toy is the wand with faux mouse attachment and the laser pointer. It is difficult to get Poi to sit still for his required daily hair brushing time because he would rather be playing. Poi is shy at first but once he gets to know you, or you take out a toy, he will be your best friend. Poi is looking for a fun and attentive family who will always be there to play with him. He would love a friendly kitty in his home, maybe his brother Haupia! Put in an application to adopt Poi today!

She likes to play with string toys and will chase a rattle ball around, but doesn’t have the crazy zoomies like most kittens her age.
